Car #33, which appears wrecked in the video, was Don Sesslar’s entry in the Sports Car Forum Tiger. It is unclear why it was running with a different number than his usual number, 74.
The Hollywood Sports Car Tiger is also visible in the video and appears to have damage from being hit by a Corvette.
It is indeed rare to come across actual films of the Daytona runoffs from that time, making this footage all the more fascinating.
