  There’s been some recent discussion on various forums about the availability and quality of my reproduction vinyl tool roll, so I thought I’d make a detailed posting.
  
  After a year plus of research and effort, the exact reproduction vinyl tool rool, which is correct for Alpine S3-5 and all Tigers is available exclusively from me through my website, SunbeamParts.net
  
  Eventually it will also be available on eBay (username gschotland) – at a slightly higher price to cover fees.
  
  It features:
  
  – Custom manufactured vinyl with the correct thickness, textures front and back, and perimeter seal detail.
  – Correct pocket number and sizes.
  – Correct natural color woven cotton herringbone ties – extra long so you can easily tie the roll and tips sealed with wax to prevent unraveling.
  – Correct cross hatch heat seal for the cotton tie.
  
  Attached is an article I wrote which was published a few years ago in Rootes Review detailing the reproduction process including photos of the finished product compared to an original.
