      I am trying to remove the stock Tiger steering wheel.

      I don’t want to destroy it; I can’t figure out how to get the blue hub off (the one that you tighten or loosen to adjust the telescopic.

      Any help is appreciated.

      The center section pries out of the plastic adjuster. Look closely where the thin chrome ring meets the plastic adjuster, you should find a couple of indents in the plastic where a knife or screwdriver blade fit in to pop the center cap out. Then there’s a bolt head underneath securing the adjuster to the column, remove it and the piece will come off. The rest should be obvious from there on.
