  My winter project this year is to refinish my dash. My question is how is the lower padded vinyl strip at the bottom of the dash attached to the dash board? I’m hoping it can be removed without damaging it.

  There are 4 or 5 7/16 inch bolts that fasten the padded part to the dashboard and they can be removed with the dash in place. Eric
