Hi everyone. My Tiger has a Lakewood bell housing and cover plate, I
notice it has 3 holes in the front of the cover plate.
Is this for inspection? cooling? It seems that it would allow dirt, dust and
moistureinto the flywheel, should i cover the holes?

Hi Michael,
Have you contacted the previous owner to find out whether the holes should be covered or for what reason they are there?
Regards, Robin.

I’ve had a Lakewood bellhousing like that on my Tiger for about 15 years with the holes open and no problems. I think they are to help with cooling the clutch.
