My son-in-law does machining for Space X, Boeing and the like; we are going to press the old pins out and test the pins I got from Alpines West. Their diameter is just a couple of thous’ bigger than the stub end of one of the hinge pins from a 2005 Tiger. I suspect that the pins I got will "fold" into the opening when pressed in due to their longitudinal slot. I’ll update info
