If you have the 2 speed. the green with the bullit connection goes to +ve green. The other 2 spade terminals go to the switch that also has an earth connection to it. Therfore earth is switched to either of the leads to provide high & low speed. There also aslo a black lead with a ring attached that goes to earth. If all correct, it works, if not a rebuild is needed, a bit of a bugger to get at and refurbish. There is also the brown lead from the motor that connects to the parking circuit under the cover. If thats grunged up, it needs a clean at least.
