| Thursday Noon | Track time on the 3.2 mile road course at the National Corvette Museum (NCM) Motorsports Park racetrack. $100 for 4 laps. Preregistrattion required thru TEAE AND NCM |
| Friday morning | Scenic drive along Duncan Hines Scenic Byway ending at the National Corvette Museum for lunch and a tour of the museum. Both included in registration fee. |
| Friday afternoon | Judges meeting: location TBD |
| Friday evening | Welcome reception in Ballroom A. Cash bar and light hors d’oeuvres. Followed by general membership meeting. Dinner on your own. |
| Saturday | Concours: Grounds at Hartland, a fenced in, grassy paddock adjacent to the hotel. Lunch included |
| Saturday evening | Guest Speaker: Race car driver, Tom Patton, 1999 SCCA GT2 Champion |
| Sunday | FOUR CHOICES |
| Lane Motor Museum Tour: Approximately one hour, 15-minute drive to Nashville, TN. |

| Mammoth Cave Tour: REGISTER EARLY Gothic Avenue Tour two hours in length and involves walking one mile and up/down 160 steps. Accessible Tour w/o steps. |

| GoKart racing at the NCM Motorsports Park. Eight-minute session is included with registration. Additional time can be purchased on site |

| Autocross Managed by Kentucky Region of the Sports Car Club of America (KYSCCA) at the NCM Motorsports Park. Separate registration and payment required |
