I was looking back in old photos from my grandma’s house when I stumbled upon my grandpa’s Sunbeam Tiger MK2. I asked her about it and told me all about it. I have little info that I have gotten from stories from my uncle and my grandma. He bought it I’m guessing when it first came out back in 68’ so I’m going to say in 69’ or 70’. He loved the car and put some mods onto it. It was a convertible, red, with stripes. He put on a roll bar and added two hood ventilators right next to the hood scoop in the middle. He did Autocross with it and had a ton of fun. Then, he sold it to a man in New Jersey in 1987. Unsure of why. His name is Bill Hansen, and he has since passed. He lived in Dayton, Ohio. Wanted to get it back or atleast find it. I would like to remember him by keeping it under our family name.
