My opinion is that the "snakes" signature lowers the car’s value. He did nothing to modify the car, his employees did. I would not let that crook near my car.
OK – back to subject. I would contact Norman Miller will all of the cars numbers and see what he says. Get the VIN, JAL, engine, transmission and rear end numbers. Looks like it has a set of Dales, rear springs on it.
If it is not TACed, I would be weary. There is no excuse for any car in California not to have a TAC number now.
