You can get new splined hubs from Britih wire wheel or Dayton wire wheel. Not cheap though. If you do go that route inspect the condition of the splines in the wheels as well. If they are not in new or nearly new condition you should replace them as well. If you don’t then the uneven pressure of the worn spline against the new ones will cause the new hubs to wear faster than they should.
