My philosophy is that if I have to touch any wire on my Sunbeams, I either re-crimp it or solder it to insure a good connection.
I’ve had wires just come out of crimp connectors in my hand with minimal effort. I couldn’t believe it stayed for 40 years that way.
Ever see the guy on eBay selling a bottle of smoke to re-inject into your wiring harness. LAUGH 😆
