It was the exact one that was hit; however, the damage was minimal and since the kid who hit it was the son of the owner of a nearby body shop, the entire car was repainted and probably looks better now than when you saw it in Virginia. It’s a little more blue than green but is a better paint job all around. There should be a picture of the car in the upcoming Rootes Review as it was at the Javits Center in NYC last week at a trade show in the Mavis Discount Tire display. It just so happens that the car color and the Mavis logo are very similar and they needed a small car for their booth.
I’m working on the Tiger which is now complete in primer and the doors, custom LAT hood (made from an original stock hood), and trunk lid are done in Oh So Orange. The remainder of the car should be in paint soon.
