Final Update…
Just checked the weather and it appears we will have excellent weather all 4 days…Sunny about 80 degrees. Keep your fingers crossed that this forecast holds.
I checked for area road construction. Nothing on I- 81 within 50 miles of Staunton. Looks like a lane closure on the Blue Ridge Parkway at mm 33-37. This will affect those taking the driving tour medium and long routes. Do not let that dissuade you. Just a short slow down for a few miles. Many more great roads and scenery.
