Welcome Greg. The stock original covers used zippers that by now may have started falling apart ( mine are….). Your best fix is to find a good auto upholstery shop that can replace the zippers. The original zippers are no longer available but hopefully they can come up with a close substitute. Let us know how things go. Eric
