There are a lot of K/N filters that you can use , we are using a 9" one on the tiger with a F4B high rise manafold the only problem was the height we were able to re shape the bottom flange, for fit and get to fit under the stock hood "WITHOUT A SCOOP" if you talk to K/N they will also give you a formula for
the CFM that the particular motor will use and recommend the correct filter you can also use 10" round filter,generiac, Summit,Jegs etc we did this on the V8 Alpine with the single plane manifold you really do not need a oval filter , and I personally don’t like the Edlebrock filter kind of a cheezy deal. the filter we’re using is 2.187 tall by the way not including the base.
