Looks like one of those Western Virginia "Boot-leggers" to me. But than on the other hand he could look like that all the time. Just my opinion!

That is an old picture. It was taken at United IV I think. That's my Series III GT that I had to change the generator on before I could get home. I could really use a can of that paint on my hair. Look at all that dark hair, even my beard wasn't gray then.
